Return Conditions

You have 7 days from delivery to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept non-fitting or any defective product purchased on Gemnit.com for return. Please note that the courier charges will be borne by the customer in case of return.

Exchange/Replacement product will be delivered to the customer within 7 days

How to Return

Steps are easy to follow:

1.Start your return by emailing us at Support@gemnit.com with your order number and the reason (You can also whatsapp us) .

2.Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of your choice. Please write your order # on the outside of the package.

3.Mail your return package using a traceable carrier.

4.Once we receive your package, we’ll promptly process your return. Alternatively, you may also visit our store in Shop no. 3, near dilbagh sweets sangha chowk, jalandhar pincode 144003

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 1 business day upon receipt of your package. The refund will be credited to the same payment account within 3 business days. In case of COD payments, payments will be sent via IMPS/Gpay/Paytm/Phonepe.

Note : You are requested to place your cancellation request within 2 days of ordering an item(s).

Payment Refund on Cancellations

In case you had placed your order via online payment methods, your payment refund will be reflected within 5 business days in the same account as was used to pay earlier.
